Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develops and ensures nursing care plan; collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team.
• Records administration of medication.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
