The RN will coordinate, implement, and evaluate the continuum plan of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participate in Shared Governance, and uphold Trinity Health's commitment to exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Michigan.
• Certification requirements listed (ACLS, BCLS, ENCP, PALS, NRC).

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care during designated timeframe and coordinate care elements.
• Lead and delegate tasks to health care team members using nursing process.
• Promote quality outcomes and patient-centered care in collaboration with the team.
