Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• 1 year of RN experience required; newly licensed RNs may explore Nurse Resident positions.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops a plan of care.
• Coordinates care with the healthcare team and documents patient status.
• Acts as patient and family advocate and supports education for staff and patients.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and maintains patient safety and continuity of care.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with hospital policies.
