Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality care in the Telemetry Unit on nights. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to monitor patients and respond to clinical changes.

The role requires valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and preferred RN-BC or BSN. Paradise Valley offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and a supportive team environment in National City, CA.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using nursing process.
• Provide patient/family teaching and supervise other staff in Telemetry Unit.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
