Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• BLS-I - Basic Life Support certification or equivalent; current RN license (single-state) or multi-state compact license.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the care team.
• Coordinate patient care plans with staff, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support performance improvement and professional growth within the nursing team.
