Qualifications

• ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Current Illinois RN license or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
