Job summary

Henderson Hospital in Henderson, NV seeks a dedicated registered nurse for FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFTS. You will provide safe, competent nursing care, lead a healthcare team, and uphold patient-centered care as the foundation of daily practice.

The role requires BSN preferred; 1 year acute care experience; active Nevada RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS or NRP as required. Join a facility recognized for safety and quality, with comprehensive education, strong benefits, and career growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent. BSN preferred.
• One (1) year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification (Adult patients).
• Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or current NRP certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.
• Other certifications as may be required by facility, specialty or department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
