Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications, with NCLEX passage for new graduates within 90 days of graduation. The nurse will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and participate in professional practice development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current licensure in the appropriate state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire or during orientation.
• NCLEX passage within 90 days of graduation for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and communicate changes in condition.
• Demonstrate growth and development knowledge to provide age-appropriate care; report to Clinical Nurse Manager.
