Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Short-term contract RN roles are also available for 12-week periods.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
