Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered with review by CNO.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care and improve outcomes; participate in decision-making, teaching and mentoring.
