Job summary

The role supports relocation incentives and a $30,000 sign-on bonus for part- or full-time positions; BSN is preferred and Indiana RN licensure (or NLC) is required with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana (or NLC) as applicable.
• BLS certification required; additional Life Support may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum.
• Participate in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA standards and organization ethics in patient care.
