Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility in Crookston, MN for night shift, full-time schedules. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, coordinate with residents and families, and participate in care planning and evaluation.

Night and weekend shift differentials apply, with additional differential for straight nights. A robust benefits package is offered to full-time and part-time staff. Active RN license is required at hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at time of hire.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
