Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community in Bismarck, ND, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. Position is full-time with nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, wage starting at $35.02/hour plus $2 night differential, and a bonus up to $25,000.

Qualifications

• ND RN license required.
• 1+ year of LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family of significant changes and follows up.
• Performs additional duties as required.
