Job summary

West Boca Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift to provide safe, compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients. The RN will supervise staff, administer specialized nursing care, and accurately document in the EHR.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered for eligible candidates. Required Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS; ED experience preferred; CWMC medication testing and unit-specific testing are part of the onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred BSN.
• Experience Minimum: 24 month Med/Surg experience and completion of a critical care training program preferred.
• Minimum 2 year licensed nursing practice in an Emergency Dept preferred.
• Adult and Pediatric Emergency experience preferred.
• Successful completion of WBMC Medication test and unit specific test; yearly competencies.
• Current Florida RN License; BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (AHA); TNCC, CEN, ENPC - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients (Adult and Pediatric) using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Administer and perform specialized nursing care per unit and treatment.
• Review orders/tests and document care accurately in the EHR.

Education
