This position requires an Associate's in Nursing, active RN license, and BLS; 1+ year acute care experience preferred; night shift hours 7p-7a or 11p-7a; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b).

Qualifications

• RN required with active licensure and certifications as listed.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
• BLS certification required and others as per unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures.
• Monitor labs and report abnormal results.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Document care accurately in EMR and participate in quality initiatives.
