Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise staff, and document care in accordance with policies and physician orders. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive wage and a $6,000 sign-on for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes to providers and team members.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a resident-centered environment focused on dignity and quality outcomes.

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on the Night Shift. Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: Nights
• Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Starting Wage: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience, includes $2.00 shift differential for NOC shift.
• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 for Full-Time Employees ($3,000 for Part-Time)
  • Paid in three installments within the first 12 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes.
