Exemplar Luxury Group is a premier luxury retailer operating Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. This Night Shift Returns Warehouse Associate role is based in our warehouse facility and reports to the shift Supervisor, with cross-training across departments to support efficient operations.

You will process merchandise, handle receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping and packing, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• English proficiency to complete safety training and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on our needs.
• Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets ELG standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
