Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking an Overnight Team Member to manage store operations during the night shift. You’ll ensure the store is clean, stocked, secure, and welcoming while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, cash, and card payments; assisting customers; maintaining displays; and performing end-of-shift reconciliations. Prior retail or service experience is helpful, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, customer service, or convenience store experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Overnight availability and independent work during night hours are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and process transactions accurately.
• Operate POS system, handle cash and card payments with precision.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked; maintain safety and security.
• Monitor displays, restock shelves, and manage inventory checks as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management promptly.
