Job summary

You’ll work Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard and Drive-Thru. Take orders, serve with enthusiasm, prepare drinks and ice cream, and help keep the restaurant clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to adapt to restaurant business needs.
• Effective communication and basic math/reading skills.
• Willingness to follow Sonic appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
• General knowledge of the food service/retail industry preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
• Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
• Packaging all menu items and checking quality
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
• Preparing food orders and operating grill/fryer as needed
• Cleaning the drive-in including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas
