Job summary

Thomas E. Strauss, Inc. in Ronks, PA is seeking a Miller's Smorgasbord Janitor to maintain clean, neat, and orderly dining areas and facilities during the third shift.

You will follow company policies and procedures while performing janitorial tasks across dining areas, restrooms, hallways, kitchens, and public spaces. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), with 1+ years of janitorial experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• One or more years professional janitorial experience or related experience preferred.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean restaurant dining area, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevator, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Company specifications.
• Clean kitchen and equipment.
• Clean rugs, kitchen floors, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
• Ability to manage time to complete janitorial tasks and checklists and assist others.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
