Job summary

Temple Hospital, part of Temple Health, seeks a Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy to lead the department during night shifts. You will oversee clinical operations, coordinate staffing, mentor staff, and ensure protocol compliance while maintaining high quality patient care.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy with licensure in PA and CPR/BLS; plus leadership experience in critical care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy from Accredited Respiratory Program Required.
• Bachelor's Degree Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program or related field Preferred or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required.

Responsibilities

• Provides management and leadership in the department.
• Oversees departmental operations and coordinates clinical activities.
• Participates in recruitment and hiring of staff, as well as schedules, supervises, trains, develops and disciplines staff.
• Assists in development of protocols and performance improvement activities to assess process and outcomes.
• Performs patient care as necessary.
