Responsibilities

• Initiates, monitors and maintains life support systems.
• Monitors outcomes of respiratory care procedures.
• Maintains respiratory equipment par-levels and required maintenance records.
• Performs ventilator checks, tracheostomy care, suctioning, care plan development, respiratory medication delivery, supply changes, and equipment management.
