Job summary

Clara Maass Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care for inpatients and outpatients. You will perform therapeutic, diagnostic, educational, and invasive procedures for adults, working night shifts on the Respiratory Care team.

The role requires NY/ NJ licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, BLS certification, and RRT/CRT credentials. Full-time, night schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Credentials required for respiratory care practice in NJ.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with NJ credentials.
• RRT/CRT certification required for this role.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• CRT credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies and manage treatment plans for adults.
• Operate ventilators and related respiratory equipment.
• Monitor patient responses (vital signs, ABGs, chemistry) and adjust therapy per physician orders.
• Assist with breathing exercises and supervise aides/technicians.

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist

Current NJ Respiratory license
