Qualifications

• Accredited program in Respiratory Care completed.
• NBRC certification (CRT/RRT) required.
• Active Kentucky license required for practice.
• BLS must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS due within 6 months of hire.
• NRP due within 6 months of hire; PALS due within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions.
• Deliver medicated and non-medicated therapies as prescribed.
• Provide invasive and non-invasive ventilator support for acute respiratory failure.
