Responsibilities

• Review EMR for physician orders and patient information to determine therapy needs.
• Set up and operate respiratory devices such as ventilators and gas administration.
• Monitor patient status and adjust therapy as ordered.
• Document care in EMR and manage charges.
• Provide patient education on respiratory therapies.
