Job summary

Providence Swedish Issaquah is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to support adult, pediatric and neonatal patients, with responsibilities including operating respiratory care equipment and delivering patient-centered care.

Minimum qualifications include Washington State licensure and BLS, ACLS/PALS within 90 days, and successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program. This part-time night shift position offers a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
• Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• 6 months of previous hospital based work experience in respiratory care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment used in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.
• Provide care to adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care.
