Job summary

Career Opportunities with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson in Oak Ridge, Tennessee seeks a Direct Support Professional (Residential Counselor) to assist residents with daily living in our group homes. You will help with personal care, documentation, and participate in community activities.

This part-time role requires HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet CPR/First Aid and safety requirements. Weekend night shifts and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Be motivated to work as part of a team that supports residents.
• CPR, First Aid and evacuation procedures knowledge is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, toileting).
• Supervise activities, cooking, cleaning and life skills.
• Administer or assist with medications and document daily services.
• Transport residents using agency vehicles and support outings.
