Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per prescribed schedules.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to care teams promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care activities.
• Provide 3rd shift support (10:00 pm–6:00 am) on a part-time basis.
