Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8 years management experience in a distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support department and company vision, values, standards of ethics and integrity.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure productivity levels meet targets/goals set by senior leadership.
• Contributes to the development of strategies and improves daily performance.
• Ensure all issues and exceptions are resolved in a timely manner. Schedule and conduct meetings to review performance.
• To make certain that all employees are trained to complete assigned tasks as assigned.
• Ability to develop and implement new DC processes.
• Coordinate with the day shift department heads to accommodate any outstanding work.
• Provide daily progress reports for VP of Operations.
• Oversee that work sections meet shipping requirements for case movement and appointment times.
• Maintain safety and minimize downtime of nightly operations.
• Monitor and control budget within Replenishment Department.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training.
• Lead regular department meetings and performance appraisals.
• Maintain confidentiality in management discussions.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure replenishment productivity meets standards and product quality is preserved.
• Manage vendor staffing relationships and onboarding.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
