About The Role

The Replenishment Manager role focuses on all three areas of the processing department: Packing/De-casing, Vas, and Replenishment for Night Operations. Responsibilities include monitoring, organizing, and implementing safe work procedures for all three work areas, overseeing nightly warehouse operations, leading and developing the warehouse team, analyzing and improving processes, and ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency. The Manager collaborates with peers on the leadership team to share critical information and determine workloads.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $124,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 1st Shift

Must be flexible based on business needs

What You Will Do
  • Support department and company vision, values, standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure productivity levels meet targets/goals set by senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and improve daily performance.
  • Ensure all issues and exceptions are resolved in a timely manner; schedule and conduct meetings to review performance.
  • Ensure all employees are trained to complete assigned tasks.
  • Develop and implement new DC processes.
  • Coordinate with the day shift department heads to accommodate any outstanding work.
  • Provide daily progress reports for VP of Operations.
  • Oversee that work sections are completing all shipping requirements for case movement and appointment times.
  • Ensure all maintenance requirements are met to allow minimal downtime of nightly operations.
  • Reinforce company goals, objectives, and policies, procedures at the DC / Corporate level as they relate to the Replenishment Department.
  • Monitor, maintain and operate within Replenishment’s Department budget.
  • Conduct all new employee orientation walk-throughs, training, and paperwork.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the department and other management members.
  • Conduct performance appraisals offering suggestions and insights to be reviewed by VP of Operations and Human Resources.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all information discussed in management staff meetings.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, identify and improve areas of deficiency.
  • Assure replenishment productivity meets DC/company standards, maintaining service levels.
  • Ensure that product is handled properly to minimize damage and preserve quality.
  • Monitor and maintain department budgets by maximizing labor utilization and minimizing labor/supply expenses.
  • Conduct department surveys to assess training needs.
  • Participate in plan design and existing program enhancements.
  • Evaluate and track training effectiveness, making recommendations and implementing improvements accordingly.
  • Interact with company‑assigned staffing services regarding counseling, requisitions, orientation, procedure training, safety issues, email correspondence, and termination of assignments.
  • Measure skill levels of subordinates through performance appraisals in adherence to standards.
  • Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts to provide continuous feedback on performance, increasing employee retention and improving employee relations.
  • Keep senior management and Human Resources Director informed of employee relation issues.
  • Conduct accident investigations per DC guidelines.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is sufficient, on hand, and operational to handle daily workloads.
  • Conduct a variety of safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits, encouraging employee responsibility and ownership.
  • Perform analysis of current procedures and recommend changes and improvements, developing documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
  • 5–8 years of management experience in a distribution environment.
