Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking a Rental & Repair Shop Supervisor for the second shift (2:30pm to 10:30pm). In this role you’ll lead the Rental & Repair Shop team, oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong knowledge of ski and snowboard rental/repair systems, procedures, and equipment.
• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to resort standards.
• Provide accurate resort information and assist guests with questions about services and amenities.
• Monitor team performance, using guest and staff feedback to enhance service quality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and fairly, balancing the best interests of all parties.
• Support your team by ensuring necessary tools, supplies, and materials are available when needed.
• Manage staffing levels to meet business demands while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, such as fire alarms, accidents, or lost/stolen equipment reports.
• Uphold the safety and security of both staff and guests at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming rental shop environment.
