Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic industrial systems, their function, and their repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with welding and working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Must be multi-task oriented.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Comply with safety policies and safety expectations.
• Maintain plant equipment to keep them safe and efficient.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to achieve quality products.
• Install and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Keep area in 5S specs and follow all procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
