Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Rehab unit. You will oversee nursing care during the 7pm–7am shift and ensure the interdisciplinary plan of care is executed effectively for our patients.

Qualified applicants will be registered nurses licensed in Vermont with rehabilitation, long-term care or med-surg experience preferred. Full-time employment with a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in Vermont.
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation, long-term care or med-surg preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care on the Rehab unit during the assigned shift.
• Ensure interdisciplinary plan of care is implemented and followed.
