Job summary

Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Tennessee seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations, oversee medication administration, and ensure high-quality resident care on a daily basis. You will manage staff, monitor care plans, and drive continuous improvement in a busy long-term care setting.

The role requires an RN license, an associate degree or higher, and LTC/SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
