Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
- Licensure: Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ENCP, PALS, NRC as required for RN Care Managers.
- Experience: Minimum two years' RN on med/surg or ICU/CCU.
- Skills: Excellent customer service orientationskills required to interact with hospital staff and patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care during assigned timeframe.
- Coordinate, implement and evaluate the continuum plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and delegate patient activities to care teams.
- Participate in Shared Governance and support customer service focus.
