AdventHealth Tarpon Springs is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a dedicated critical care unit. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and document outcomes in the EMR with precision.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor nursing staff, uphold infection control and safety standards, and participate in quality improvement to elevate patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with critical care experience and licensure.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a care team.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
• Ability to mentor nursing staff and lead patient care.

Responsibilities
