Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS and other certifications may be required depending on department.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

• Administers medications per SSH policies and records accurately.
• Develops, updates, and communicates a prioritized plan of care.
• Performs admission assessment within required timeframes and documents appropriately.
• Maintains patient comfort and documentation per policy; supports discharge planning.
