Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise other assigned team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure age/developmentally appropriate care per unit standards.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; advocate for patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in and promote continuous quality improvement and patient experience.
