Qualifications

• Active WA state license or multi-state license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications within 3 months of hire.
• Telemetry coursework within one year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within six months of hire.
• Demonstrates ability to learn and apply nursing skills for the unit.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of professional nursing care with the goal of safe and effective patient care.
• Gathers information to formulate a patient care delivery plan based on nursing assessment.
• Collaborates to promote a therapeutic relationship with patients and colleagues.
• Contributes to quality improvement and safety initiatives across the organization.
