Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 4A Medical Surgical unit on 36-hour night flex shifts (7pm–7:30am) at the Jeanes Campus. The RN assesses, implements, and evaluates patient care under the direction of a licensed physician and collaborates with patients, families, and the health care team.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, PA RN license, BLS, and valid multi-state RN license; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Assesses, implements and evaluates care for assigned patients per nursing process.
• Collaborates with patients, families and health care team to individualize care.
• Directs nursing support staff to provide patient care per standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on 36-hour night flex shifts (7pm–7:30am) on 4A Med Surg.
• Maintain clinical competencies and professional development.
