Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Nights shift at our Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio.

The RN will deliver compassionate nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to promote recovery after major injuries and illnesses. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current State Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit and conduct assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Support patient recovery and adaptation to daily living with individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
