Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire.
• RN licensure in Georgia (or multi-state compact) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Advise and educate patients and families; advocate for patient needs.
• Maintain professional competency and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety and professional standards.
