Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Has a bachelor's degree in nursing or RN from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Attends and actively participates in weekly team meetings.
• Provides rehabilitation and coordinates medical needs for clients.
• Monitors and administers medications as prescribed.
• Reviews and discontinues medications as ordered by physician.
• Performs nursing assessments and updates plan of care.
