Job summary

MediLodge of Farmington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to plan, coordinate and deliver total nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure care meets all state and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Initiates and leads team conferences for development of individualized nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Administers medications and starts IVs as prescribed.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinates nursing care when residents undergo therapy or procedures.
