Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license and registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.
• Basic EKG knowledge and interpretation.
• 0–<6 months clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develop a written plan of care using assessment data and provide teaching to patient/family and staff.
• Implements nursing plan of care on assigned patients and documents patient activities and assessments.
• Evaluates the patient’s response to interventions and teaching.
