Job summary

Parkwest Medical Center, Covenant Health’s flagship facility in West Knoxville, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit. You will deliver high-acuity nursing care on the night shift, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes in a top-ranked hospital environment.

Requirements include Tennessee RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of professional nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least one year of professional nursing experience.
• Tennessee State RN licensure is required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Correlates patient history and care needs.
• Assesses learning needs of patient and family.
• Develops and initiates plan of care with patient and family.
• Recommends interventions and evaluates outcomes.
• Supervises LPNs, Nursing Assistants, Techs, and sitters.
• Adheres to safety standards and participates in quality initiatives.
