Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a registered nurse to deliver safe, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role emphasizes adherence to nursing process, patient rights, and confidentiality, with ongoing competency maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) and an active RN license, with BLS. Additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license for the state or compact licensure, with adherence to all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on the department or unit.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to perform duties effectively.
