Qualifications

• Must possess Alabama RN license.
• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED; nursing degree from accredited program.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with IDD preferred but not required.
• Background checks and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care during night shift.
• Coordinate nocturnal clinical needs and monitor residents' health.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide medical direction to on-duty staff and ensure safety protocols.
