Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
- BLS and RN licensure required.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
- Administer medications accurately as ordered and monitor responses.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe patient care.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and meds.
- Assist physicians with bedside procedures and tests.
- Monitor lab work and report abnormal results.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with team.
