CHRISTUS Health in Longview, TX seeks a competent Registered Nurse for a 7PM–7AM shift. The role requires independent practice, clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient education within the ANA framework. You will delegate appropriately, document care, and participate in competency validation and orientation as needed.

BSN preferred; active TX RN license or compact license and ACLS certification required. One year of related nursing experience preferred.

Qualificações

• BSN preferred
• 1 year experience in related nursing specialty preferred
• ACLS certification required
• RN license in state of employment or compact

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Delegate to other care providers as appropriate to manage clinical situations.
